It is another real estate deal. I often tell my clients to expect a few bumps, and keep focused on the target.
Having the money to build, the prospect of new jobs, and the integrity the development team has already displayed (not just spoken), makes for a supportable endeavor.
The experience in your team is amazing. The expansions and developments Bill has done are invaluable!
Who knew they'd be preparing to be in the movie business. I am looking forward to the other make up that surrounds less gory holidays, though. Just not into gore.
