You guys have done such a wonderful planning job on an exciting project. But "financed by an outfit in Orlando" just doesn't pass the smell test. Orlando is full of get-rich schemes, failed and deserted subdivision projects, jailed boy-band moguls, defrocked preachers and hotshots of all kinds. I hope you broaden your geographical horizons. Might not hurt to get financed by folks who can keep their own house in order.

The "bump" sounds like a blessing in disguise.
