I don't thing Georgina is considering the complete site that you are developing. Her comparison seems to compare fragmented sites vs a one stop shop that is current technologically.

Which business ceo doesn't like to get a 25% discount? Are movie makers different from other businesses?

One point these studies are missing is that PRS is a permanent studio location (I hope) and not just an 8 week on location shoot. You can't really compare the two. Sure there may be more economic efficient ways to generate tax dollars with tax credits but who wants another nuke plant in your backyard, or maybe a new gas refinery would do. A nice new steel factory might be nice next door to the high school don't you think Georgina? How do you put a price on quality of life. I also don't think you can compare AIG with the film industry but don't get me started please! Owsley
